Boxes appearing in Prepare Form Only

Greetings,

One of my users has a couple of "mystery" boxes that appear in the Prepare Form function. It does not show on any other function or on the printout. Any ideas on how to delte these? I've tried the usual select delete, right click delete, and son on. They do not appear in the fields sidebar. I have some suspicions as to what it could potentially be but can't seem to solve the issue. Note: the top page also looks to be an OCR.

I call them "ghost fields". They are typically fields that somehow got corrupt. The only way I found of removing them is using the Redaction tool.

Thanks for the response! I tried the Redaction tool without success. I then informed our end user and she is willing to ignore them until she can recreate the form.
