Problem Description: After installing the January 2023 update of my Acrobat Pro release version (from 22.003.20258 to 22.003.20310) on MacOS 12.1 all Print Production tools (except Preflight, Save as PDF/X, Edit Object) as well as Crop Pages, Select Object, Manage Actions and probably more are not working (opening) anymore!!!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Update to Acrobat 22.003.20310
2. Open Print Production tools
3. Click on Output Intent, Convert Colors, Flattener Preview, Set Page Boxes, Add Printer Marks, Fix Hairlines, Ink Manager, Trap Presets)

Actual Result: Nothing, the tools don’t open.

Expected Result: the tools open their respective window.

Any Workarounds: Re-install Acrobat 22.003.20258 from Backup.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Hi sjaeggi@prepress.ch,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please try repairing the installation once. In the application, go to Help > Repair Installation.

Try reinstalling the Acrobat. Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html). Reboot the machine and reinstall the application from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

If the issue still occurs, share screenshots of the options that do not appear.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
