Bug when saving an exported pdf to a jpeg

I am trying to export a pdf and save it as a jpeg but for some reason it's now not working.  Any ideas as to what is going wrong?

Can you confirm the version of Acrobat and os you are using? and are you just using the menu to export or is it a script or some other automation?

Hi I have just updated Adobe Acrobat to version: 22.003.20322. 

Operation System - Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on ‎12/‎01/‎2023
OS build 22621.1265
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22638.1000.0
 

Further to the help of one of your staff yesterday the bug seems to be now fixed.
