Bulk adding or renaming of Checkboxes in Reader

I have a checklist document for checking off functionality of devices in multiple rooms.

Provided by the vendor is a document deisgn to be filled in by hand

I wish to place checkboxes on each square to allow it to be filled digitally

There are hundreds of boxes.

When i complete one row and copy past it to the next, the checkboxes retain their previous names, when on is ticked, all others with the same name are ticked.

is there a way to mass copy, giving each box its own name?

Or to mass rename uniquely all boxes?

I have adobe paid - non pro version

Hi,

Use the "Create Multiple Copies".

This option is accessed as follows:

When you select the fields to be copied, right-click with your mouse pointer on that selection.

Select from the context menu: "Create Multiple Copies".
