Hey Folks,

I have ~120 pdfs, each with ~20 bookmarked sections.

I would like to bulk extract 1 particular section from each of these PDFs - so final result would be ~120 new PDFs with just that section.

Played a good bit with Action Wizard but not having any luck figuring it out.

Using Acrobat Pro 2020 v 2020.005.30636

Thanks for your help!

This might be possible using a custom-made script, as a part of an Action. Do all of these sections have the same bookmark name pointing at their first page? Is the length of that section the same in all files?

All the sections have the same bookmark name pointing at their first page, the length of the section varies between 1 and 2 pages.

That makes things a bit trickier, since the page number can't be read in an Action. So if there isn't some other marker that can be used to identify the length of the section you would have to do it one file at a time, I'm afraid. Another option is to do it using a simple stand-alone tool, outside of Acrobat. Then it could be done in a batch process much more easily.
