Calculating 5 point rating scale in Adobe Acrobat Pro -

Hello,

I have Adobe for Enterprise.  I'm tryting to send a fillable PDF out to teachers to obtain information regarding hard of hearing students in the classroom. 

• LIFE - R questionnaire - 5 point rating scale with calculations at the end of each subset
• I have uploaded the form to Adobe. 
• I've set the field calculation order.
• I've ensured the fields are calculating in the "prepare form preview" section
• After selecting "request esignature", the form no longer calculates the rating scales
  • No calculations prior to sending or as the recipient
• Can someone please advise?

When you use Adobe Sign it removes the calculations.

Thank you.  Is there a way to send the form for completion that won't remove the calculations?
