Hello,
I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC (2019 version) and I need to display a PDF form in a web browser (Chrome). I've used the Submit A Form action to send form data to a web server by specifying a URL like recommanded in the following article Publishing interactive PDF web forms
I also download the FDF toolkit and read the following :
With Acrobat 5.0 or greater, it is possible to submit either the entire, changed PDF, or enough data such that the server can reconstruct the PDF at its end. To submit the entire PDF, Acrobat saves a temporary copy of the document with all the changes, and submits that (MIME Type: application/pdf). To submit just the incremental changes, since PDF has the inherent capability to do “append-saves” (i.e. save changes to a document by appending the changed objects to the end of the file, without modifying the initial version), Acrobat submits those “append-saves”, embedded within an FDF. The server can then extract this data from the FDF, append it to the original file that it “served” to the client, and this way recreate the signed document at its end (source : FDF Toolkit for Java\Documentation\FormSys.pdf)
Acrobat DC offers the option PDF the complete document :

It is really possible to submit the entire pdf document and its values to the server ?
In the end of this article Can a PDF fillable form post itself to an HTTPS URL? - Stack Overflow
we can read "FYI, for posterity, forms cannot send themselves as full PDFs unless you enable the PDF Form through Reader Extensions".
So, is it possible ? if yes, how to do it ?
Thnaks for your help.

You need the Reader Extension only for old versions of Adobe Reader.

Hello,
What is the solution for the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC?
Very little information on the internet. Why is it so difficult to find information on sending a PDF form to an url?

It gets harder and harder because there are so many different PDF viewers. Adobe carefully designed something that works well, but Most people no longer use any software from Adobe. You need to carefully test with each one.
