Can I choose where the page will be "truncated" when my PDF dimensions are out-of-range?

I'm trying to open a PDF file that has a larger size than supposedly permitted by Acrobat. My file's size is 25 x 685 inches.

All right. There's apparently no way to open it as is, because Acrobat's size limit is 200 inches—for some bizarre reason.

So... Can I at least choose where the page will be chopped off, or does Acrobat always truncate it from the top down?

If not, what other alternative does Adobe offer me to fix this issue? It seems like a very stupid limitation to have when there are other PDF readers than can open the entire document without issue.

I bought Acrobat today so I could edit this very document and I'm feeling a bit robbed at the moment.
