Once upon a time, I would use a merge template to create formal documents for different recipents, convert them to pdf, and then use Acrobat Pro to separate them into distinct files I could then attach to an email and send away. Just recently, the button I used to separate files in acrobat has disappeared. Many of the tooles that would appear in the sidebar has just disappeared as well, so now it's only comment, stamp, share, fill and sign, measure, and certificates.
Where did all my tools go? We're paying for Pro, but can't seem to access the features anymore. Tried reinstalling, using it in browser (asks to buy the product again or use a free trial, again we've already paid).
Any guidence would be greatly appreciated.
