Since yesterday I have not been able to send out any documents with fillable sections and signature requested. In the online page, the template section is gone. I can access it on my desktop, but when I try to then send it, it says there is a connection error. I can then access it in the drafts in the web version, but again, it will not let me send it. It brings up a box telling me to pay for a subscription. When I go to my account, my subscription is paid in advance until next year. I need to send these documents out, can anyone assist?

I wonder if this issue is related to the Amazon Web Services outtage yesterday.

I found where there was an update and did that. Signed out and back in. Again it told me to pay for pro (when I already have it), and then now it pops up this red box stating "E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

Sounds very much like a technical issue on the server side.
Here's the Adobe Sytem status page:
It says there are no problems with the sign service right now. Must not be up to date.
