Can not log in to Adobe DC pdf reader free version.

However logging into account on phone or online no issues!!

Hi, Can you confirm the exact version of you roperating system and software.

Have you logged in your account in a web browser, can you also include a screenshot of the error you get when you try to log in?

Hi sorry hadn’t seen this message

I can log into the web version and on my iPhone but app on laptop won’t work.

The splash screen says logged in via google but then go to app it says log in failed.

Windows 10 pro 12th gen intel 64 bit
