Can not print Thai language on form I-129F comes out as symbols. Please read for more details.

On page 7 of this document I am suppose to write in the native Thai alphabet the address of my fiance. But when I go to print it , the thai language comes out as just random symbols.  On the Adobe PDF program I see the same symbols in the box but when I click my mouse curser in the boxes the native thai language appears. So how do I fix this. I need to print the Thai language on this document instead of the stupid symbols.
