I'm able to upload and access my Adobe Cloud Storage from Acrobat Reader on android phone and Acrobat for Chrome, but not in Acrobat desktop app. There is no option to upload to cloud and when doing a save-as Adobe Cloud Storage option is available but save button doesn't work and shows red exlamation triangle (but no explanation). I am logged in ok to my Adobe account in desktop app and in prefs 'show online storage' options are selected.
I think I may have seen others having this issue, but couldn't see an obvious resolution. Can anybody help? I have tried repairing Acrobat and also pathing to latest update, but makes no difference.

Ok, I've found the solution. For some reason the version of Acrobat desktop app that had been installed had default langugage of 'English with Arabic support', when I changed settings to choose langugage at app startup, then restarted app and selected 'English' suddenly all the links in left panel to Adobe Cloud storage appeared! It appeared to be a language/country conflict. Hopefully this will help others who experience the same issue.
