Can't browse Adobe Cloud Storage. Only recent and starred.

New Here ,
May 11, 2023 May 11, 2023

I work pretty exclusively in Acrobat and save all my files to the cloud.

After working for maybe 10 minutes I go back to the Home tab to try to browse my cloud storage, but I can't click anything under the Adobe cloud storage tab. If I double-click in the folders area it will open up a random pdf.

I must re-start the app to be able to browse again. I can only select recent and starred.

I did a fresh install this morning and it still happens. All OS and apps are updated to current version.

Hi jodeetm45,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

If you use the Acrobat 2020 license, cloud storage is unavailable with the application.

The Acrobat cloud storage s available with Acrobat Pro or Standard subscription. That seems to be the reason why you do not get any information when you click on the options.

For more information about Acrobat 2020, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/faq-acrobat-2020.html

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
