My name is Garry Ford I have purchased outrigh licenses for CS6, Adobe Arcobat 10. pro and Lightroom in 2013 and registered them. For some unknown reason Lightroom 5.7 does not show as being registered now, but CS6 and Adobet Acrobat 10.0 (2nd copy, first in CS6) do. I am fully aware Adobe no longer provides support for CS6.
I had CS6 complete installed on two computers and one copy of Acrobat 10.0 on a third computer.
My older computer completely crashed. Needed new processor And motherboard, but drives okay. I attached the old drives top a new motherboard processor of the same type.
When I went to run a CS6 program (any) told that I need to de-register a computer to register a new one. Understood. Should be quite simple, except it isn't! When I try to do this no option is given to let me de-register a computer - doesn't even list registered computers. This applis to both the stand alone Acrobat 10.0 which had only one of the two licenses used, and the CS6 which had both licenses used. Lightroom 5.71 works okay on the nerw computer.
What I wish to do is de-register a copy of Arcobat 10.0 and CS6 to re-install on the new computer. How do I do thios in light of above comments.
I'm loathe to unistall the existing working copy of CS6 oer remove CS6/Acrobat from my registered programs, hopefully removing all computers, for fear they will not re-install since Adobe no longer supports these programs.
Does anyone have an ideas?
Adobe itself is hopeless and despite my having a perpetual license for those programs refuses to do anything to solve the problem, saying I should buy new copies.

That is an insult and outright rude and unless the matter is rersolved I will be no longer buying/using any adobe products: they don't deserve loyalty if that is now they treat customers. It is most likely also in breach of comsumer law in Australia.

I hate to tell you this, but you cannot de-register/re-register CS6, Acrobat 10 or your old Lightroom. Those products are no longer supported by Adobe and the activation servers for those products were shut down long ago.
I feel bad crushing your hopes here. But if I gave you any hope of recovering any of that old software, I'd be lying to you. Those licenses are gone.
Wish I had better news for you,
Randy

Hello Randy,
I'm in France and have exactly the same problem since 30/10/2025 when my motherboard crashed.
I had perpetual licences for Acrobat X, Photoshop CS5 and Lightroom 6.
I'm not a company but an individual and my usage isn't professional. These applications are convenient to me with these old versions and I cannot afford the huge yearly price required by Adobe for functionnalities I don't need in my small usage.
I can even not de-activate my crashed version as no applications appear on the page of activated devices. Although the 3 apps are running on my old laptop as second installation.
This old laptop, I'll also have to replace soon before it also shudown.
When installing, the system is able to see that 2 activations have been made, therefore a new serial number could help ?
I would be very grateful if you can "rescue" from my desesperate situation.
Thank you so much in advance for your support.

It's a very bad idea to post your serial numbers to a public forum! I will remove them for you. Hopefully no one stole them yet... Also, you should not post your contact details.

I wish I could, but alas I cannot. I'm just an end user, just like you, and have no say or sway with the powers that be with Adobe Systems.
All I can do is share what Adobe Systems has done. I cannot change it for you.

I totay agree. I have nearly same remark.
Your servers can check that already 2 activations have been made but cannot remove one... Strange.
Same, how can I de-activate one activation on my second old laptop id servers are own ?
Strange...
Could you please show just a little bit of goodwill ?
