I download new the chinese verison Adobe Reader and install it. After I install, I found the "Sign Field" can't display the digitally Signed information such as signed by, date or time. I try to reinstall the Windows 10 but the problem is still here. I try to install to another Windows 10 but the problem is still here.

Finally, I found the solution. I install the english version Adobe Reader, the problem has been fixed. I think it is the lanauge or font problem.

I think this problem will affect any user who use tradition chinses version. Please fix it.

Hi hong kongw58071373,

Thank you for reaching out and reporting this.

We are looking into this issue and would like to confirm a few details if you can share them.

- As mentioned, digitally signed information is not visible. Does it include the signature? Or are just the date, time, and other details invisible?

- If you could check, please go to the following preference settings in the Chinese version: Menu > Preferences > Signatures > Creation & Appearance. Click on the More button and then select the signature name under Appearance. Then click on Edit and check if the signature appears in the preview. Share the screenshot for reference.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
