I have been given access to Creative Cloud All Apps, however I'm unable to search for or download Acrobat Pro and can only find and download Standard version in the Creative Cloud Desktop App. All help is appreciated.

AFAIK, the full Creative Cloud subscription only included Acrobat Pro DC.
Try uninstalling Acrobat.
Log out of the CC app.
Log back in.
Install Acrobat Pro.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!
This looks like Acrobat Reader was installed with the OS installation.
The installer for Acrobat on the Creative Cloud Desktop App installs the basic version of Acrobat, and it requires additional install of premium features from within the app.
What I suggest would be to install from here: Download Acrobat installer for Enterprise term or VIP license (https://adobe.ly/3TVvzNm)

I have All Apps plan so could aceess Acrobat Pro but they require Acrobat Pro plan so I duplicated-purchased. Why are they requiring about $7 + $2.6 pricing even All Apps plan already has Acrobst Pro Aceess?

If you have the Creative Cloud subscription, you do NOT need a separate Acrobat Pro subscription. Sign out of the CC app and uninstall the CC apps including the CC app. Reinstall the CC app, sign in, and reinstall your desired software. If that fails, sign out and uninstall again using the Adobe CC Cleaner app.

What the heck is the Adobe CC Cleaner App?

Did you google it?

Yup. And it looks like a way to simply uninstall things in batches. I did it by hand to ensure I was getting all Adobe files off my machine before moving forward. Afterall, if one Adobe app isn't working right, I don't want to assume another is. Just being safe and thorough. Just out of ideas, I suppose.

Yes, you need both. I have done everything you suggest and Adobe Pro doesn't show up. This is really messed up. I've spent hours on this and it never comes up. I even used a permanent license I purchased in 2015 and Adobe won't honor that. This is just really disappointing that a multi-billion dollar company makes it so easy to download the apps they know aren't as popular, yet makes it super hard to download the one that almost ever professional needs. That's an amazing coincidence.

No you don't. I have two Creative Cloud subscriptions that include Acrobat Pro. I've been using the Creative Cloud since 2013. I know what I'm talking about.
Did you run the Adobe CC Cleaner app? If not, you haven't done everything I suggested.

Just ran it and double checked all was totally clean. I'm running an brand new PX workstation with zero apps installed. I'm really trying to be patient, but I keep getting the same error.

You don't have a paid Creative Cloud subscription or you haven't logged in. If you did, the buttons would say "Free Trial" but either Install or Open.

I do. I've been paying for it for over a year. With the AI assistant, it's over $100 a month. I don't get this.

Sign into the Creative Cloud app on your computer.
However, I would run the CC Cleaner app and have it uninstall EVERYTHING.
Then download the Creative Cloud app fresh.
Log into that.
Then download the software as needed.

Sadly, no Adobe Pro.
Even worse, I see this when I go to the admin portal and look for the apps in my plan. . .
This is why I wish someone made a better PDF viewer that could actually be downloaded. These methods may work for others, but not for Lenovo PX Workstation users.

It doesn't say Acrobat PRO--just Acrobat. If you only have a free CC subscription, you only get Reader; if you have a paid subscription, you have Pro.

This is getting stupid. I've been on here for two hours and still can't download a program I pay for. I'll just find a phone number to call. This is probably the wost IT experience I've ever had, seeing as it's all it should take is hitting a "download" button. I sincerely appreciate the assistance, Dave.

Maybe I'm missing something. Does the Adobe Pro icon look the same as the regular Adobe Acrobat icon? I'm grasping at straws now. Can I call Adobe or do they simply not allow humans to talk to humans anymore?

To repeat what worked for me mentioned in an earlier post: if you paid for Pro and your system came with Reader pre installed you must uninstall Reader then in cc install Acrobat and it will install what you paid for. It's too stupid to know which flavor of Acrobat is already installed. Not sure if this applies to you, HTH.

I got it! Here are the completely illogical steps:
If anyone from Adobe is reading this thread, you should be absolutely ashamed.
Thank you, Dave and Charles.

That's not the steps I said. The standalone Acrobat program is for standalone Acrobat subscriptions.
I said to install the Creative Cloud app and install Acrobat through IT.

I know. That's why I thanked both you AND Charles. The exact steps you used didn't work for my machine - I proved this with pics. Just like Charles' exact steps didn't work. But a combination did. Sorry my gratitude wasn't enough, Dave.
