Hi all,
I have Adobe Acrobat version 2022.003.20263 and am running on Windows 11 version 22H2 Intel i7, 16gb ram, 64bit operating system.
I just did the Windows update to 22H2.
Prior to the update I could open my PDF files, export images to JPEG and they (mulitple pages) would show up in my folder as separate files. However, after the update the JPEG export no longer works. I can export TIFF & PNG but no JPEG. I tried under the help pulldown to repair the installation again but it did not work. I tried rebooting acouple of times still nothing. I'm paying monthly for the program but it has been a number of years so I don't know if I uninstall how to reinstall the program. I'm use to having CD's with the program on (dating myself) and not off the internet.
Has anyone else run into the same issue? Is it the update on Windows or something else?

What exactly happens when you use the command? Is there an error message of some kind?
I would recommend running a Repair Installation from the Help menu.

I'm having the same issue. I can export to any image file format available except jpg. It appears to be saving, but then just doesn't.

Same problem here... The export tool don't work... I tried to export PDF file to JPG file, the save seems to work (no error occurs) but the file don't appear in the folder... I uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat but it still don't work... Any solution?
