Can't find "Fit Full Page" after update

Hi

Acrobat has upgraded and I'm no longer able to find "fit full page".  I can "fit full height", but this doesn't keep this constrain when I "page down".  Any ideas please?  I want to be able to be able to move through a document a page at a time from my keyboard!
