Please advise!! Creative Cloud updated a few days ago & now I can't open Acrobat! Can I un-install & then re-install, if so, can I get some guidance please. Screen shot attached. I'm on a Mac running Catalina 10.15.5

Restart the computer and then try opening Acrobat directly, not via the CC app.

You're not providing us much to go on there... What happens when you try to open it, exactly?

I'm sorry but NOTHING happens. I keep double clicking on the icon and the program won't open. If I select control & the icon on the dock it says 'application not responding'. I've tried to force quit from the apple icon & it won't even do that

It wouldn't quit so I had to shut down but that seemed to do the trick!
