I purchased acrobat pro plan recently, but acrobat license is still not activated as follow.
I have already tried the all solutions in following link but nothing works.
https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html
I've tried uninstalling and re-installing a couple of time but still not effective.

The plan was canceled to prevent additional payments, but it is valid until March 2024.

You have a prepaid, one-year plan that has been cancelled? To be clear, cancellation should not influence your plan until the plan expires. When did you cancel? During the 14 days into your plan?

I should have canceled the plan before the new payment was made, but I forgot. So, in March of this year, a new payment was made and after that, I canceled the plan. Anyway, since the payment was made, I thought I would be able to use it until March of next year, but I can't install it. I forgot the exact date I canceled the plan, but I have no way to confirm.

As it is a prepaid account, you should be able to use the software until the licence expires in 2024. As for the cancellation, you should have got an e-mail from Adobe to confirm that. But it was a renewal, if I read you correctly, and for renewals, there is no 14-days-refund policy. So, the date is not that important for your case.
Try this:
- Check the activated devices and deactivate all: https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices
- Sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app.
- If you have the possibility, try on a different computer. It may well be, that somewhere in the configuration, there is an issue.
- If a different computer works, I would uninstall all Adobe products, use the cc cleaner tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) to remove any remains and install again.
- Contact Adobe support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

there is no way to install adobe acrobat. When I try to install the trial version, the above pop up opens and installation does not proceed. Besides, even after deleting all Adobe-related products with the cleaner tool, the same symptom appears when entering Creative Cloud from the web. I guess this is not related to my computer settings.

You can't buy Acrobat, as you own it for now. That's correct.
