Hi there my subscription allows me to use two machines for adobe, but none has Acrobat opened and it's not allowing me to open it saying it's already logged in somewhere, where, I have no idea

As per the description mentioned above, you are getting a message that you are already logged in on another machine when trying to launch Acrobat, is that correct?
Could you check the devices you are logged in by clicking this link: Adobe Account. Log in to your account with your Adobe-ID email and password. Click "Manage plan". There you'll find the section "Activated devices".
