Can't open PDFs

I upgraded my Surface to Windows 11, and now I can't open PDFs that were previously accessible. The error message I receive states 'Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open ... because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.' These files have been used on my machine for over a year stored in OneDrive, and I can open on other devices that are also on Windows 11.

I'm on the latest version of Adobe, and I've run the Repair Installation.
