Greetings everyone,
I've been currently having a problem with Acrobat Professional, as I'm not able to print anything through it. As soon as I try to print, the job appears on the printer queue for 3 seconds showing the following message:
"Printing - Can't open "/private/var/spool/cups/tmp/01fa45a6d4020."
After three seconds the printing job disappears from the queue. I already tried reinstalling the app twice, tried reinstalling the printer aswell, etc, but to no avail, the problem persists. I'm running the updated version of the app, on an Apple MacBook Pro 13 (Touch-Bar / 2016) on the last stable update of macOS High Sierra.
Any idea how to solve this? It is really affecting my work now.
Hello Chypsa
We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to print from Acrobat Pro DC on your Mac computer, Is that correct?
As you mentioned that you have installed the latest version of Acrobat Pro DC, and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Acrobat, but the issue persists.
If you don't have any other Adobe apps installed on the machine, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Acrobat Pro Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Restart the machine, and install the Acrobat back from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X and try to print.
If you have other Adobe apps installed, then enable the Root account and try printing from Acrobat in Root account. How to enable the root user on your Mac or change your root password - Apple Support
