I recently bought a Canon TR4720 printer; one of the main reasons I got it is because it has an auto duplex feature. I've printed double sided sheets from Google Docs and it works just fine. However, everytime I try to print something in Acrobat the document only comes out printed on the front page. I'm specifically trying to use the Booklet settings and I can't figure out why it won't print on both sides. The "Booklet Subset" is set to 'both sides' and the "Double-Sided" setting in the printer dialogue box is ON. I even looked at the Advanced settings in "Document Properties" and made sure it was in 'Duplex Mode'.
I also tried printing a single two-sided sheet in Acrobat, with the "Print on both sides" box checked and it still didn't work. At first I thought it was a problem with the printer but since it works in Google Docs, it seems like it has to be something with Acrobat.
I'm doing this wirelessly from a Mac, if that matters. Please help!

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20643 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also go through the help page https://adobe.ly/43TPTCq and see if that works.
Let us know how it goes.
