Our users are using Adobe Acrobat Cloud (2022) version and upon printing a number of different PDFs, they don't seem to get to the network printer and program says NOT RESPONDING
*I had him show me and I watched the printer queue on the server and he is correct
*I installed his network printer on my PC and printed repeatedly in different sizes the same PDF that failed for him but I am using an old Adobe XI version and I ha no issues
*I asked him to print that same PDF from his Adobe Reader and that prints fine..no problem, so it all points to Adobe Acrobat Cloud being the real culprit since he has no other printing issues and ALL of his people are using that new cloud version.
*Everyones Adobe is fully upadated and there are no pending updates.
Please help this is becoming an inconvenience for many users in one of our departments.
