As soon as I installed Sonoma 14 on my Macbook Air, I was unable to print Adobe documents. The error message says document cannot be printed -- no pages selected even though I have selected page(s) I have Acrobat Pro and I've never had a problem printing.  The problem is Adobe's as I am able to print documents from my iPhone.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thank you!  It’s very frustrating not being able to speak with someone.  I’m sure I’m not the only person experiencing this.

Problem resolved.  I had Adobe pro 2017 which is apparently not compatible with Sonoma 14.  I had to upgrade Adobe to current version.

Hi Andra32859820hd7p,

Thank you for reaching out.

The Acrobat 2017 reached its end of life; hence, there will be no new update for this version will be available. You may or may not experience issues when using Acrobat 2017 on the latest Mac OS Sonama, as it is never tested with the latest OS versions available.

The fix will be available in a tentative future update for the Acrobat 2020 classic version on Mac OS Sonoma.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
