I had no problems previously.  I would merge my excel file with my publisher file and print out an array of labels for different items/people on one sheet of paper.  Now, the option is completely gone from the PDF setup page.  It will only allow the same information to be repeated on the page.

Hi Flanna,

As mentioned above "Now, the option is completely gone from the PDF setup page.  It will only allow the same information to be repeated on the page."  is something you are trying to the saving excel files to .pdf format and the settings to change the PDF page setup gone completely?

Are you using Adobe Acrobat to create .pdf file upon saving any excel or word file format to PDF? If not, then its Microsoft's own PDF creator and Adobe doesn't have hold on its PDF page setup settings.

If you are using Adobe Acrobat to generate .pdf file, then you may share the exact version of Acrobat you are working on?

Open Acrobat>Help>About Acrobat.

We would be looking forward for the more information on this. Please help us with the exact steps you follow.

Regards,

Akanchha
