Can you share the file in question with us, or at least some pages from it?

Hi @Fazri388882975wju,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat.

This is strange and shouldn't be happening. Is this with a specific file you experience the issue or with all?

Also, just to test, can you try opening the file in a web browser and printing from there? To open the file in a browser, open any web browser, press "Ctrl+O" or "Cmd+O" to open the open window, and select the file to open.

Once you've done this, press "Ctrl+P" or "Cmd+P" to open the print dialog box and print.

If the file prints fine there, please share the below info for further investigation:

1. The Acrobat App version number you are using (go to Help-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [Windows/Mac] and its version;

3. A sample file where you experience the issue;

4. The make and model of the printer you use; is it wired or wireless?

Look forward to hearing from you.

-Souvik
