Hello,
I'm using the Adobe Acrobat Reader to try and print a PDF. The PDF has a custom stamp on it. I've tried checking the box to print "Document and Markups" and "Document and Stamps" - it prints the document but not the stamp. I've tried scanning the document with a PDF scanner on my phone and printing that - no stamp. I've tried converting the PDF to JPEG and printing that - no stamp. I've tried to convert it back from JPEG to PDF - no stamp. How do I print this stamp?

Can you upload a sample pdf with the stamp? Or a screen shot of the stamp? It's hard to pinpoint a cause without more information.

The document is confidential. So, no. What's wild is that flattening the document doesn't resolve the issue.

Can you extract a page with the stamp and delete everything but the stamp, then upload that?

The stamp is the main thing that's confidential. It also doesn't allow me to take a picture of it and then print that. Could you maybe outline the things you wanted to try on your end and I can follow that?

You can't take a screen shot or photograph it with your phone? that's odd, there is a prohibition of duplicating certain images, for example a 100 dollar bill, but it's unlikely (I hope) that is your problem. I was thinkng your stamp is white and it's an overprinting issue, or the stamp is on a layer set to not print.

It's a signature! Nothing nefarious 🙂 I was wondering about the layers or permissions (the document was sent to me with this troublesome stamp). I assumed that the layers couldn't be it because when the doc is flattened it still won't print. How would I go about double checking those causes anyways?
