Can't Print to PDF

Hello,

In the last couple of weeks the company I work for switched up from having separate Adobe accounts to one company account. Since then I haven't been able to Print to PDF. Not sure if it's related to the switch because others haven't had the same issue.

I used to be able to print fillable PDFs to PDF (without the visible fillable boxes showing after printing) and now I can't.

I've tried following a few different articles but I can't get it to work.

Does anyone have an idea I could try to make it work?

This is not a good way of doing that. You should flatten the file in Acrobat, instead.

But is the issue that the Adobe PDF Printer doesn't work at all? Not even from other applications?

If that's the case, try running a Repair Installation from the Help menu of Acrobat.
