Good afternoon,
Been using Acrobat for at least 20 years. Started with Acrobat 7 Standard, upgraded to 7 Pro, then upgrade to 8 Pro and X Pro no problems. After using X Pro for about 6 years it asked for the S/N which I provided, was prompted with Not a valid ID. I uninstall everything and started over. Reinstall 7 Standard no problem. Installed 7 Pro installed and prompted to get activation number, except now the internet connection from Adobe isn't working nor are the supplied Phone numbers. What do I do? I have all the disk and orginial cases with S/Ns (which I purcharsed!) Any help is greatly appreciated.
Frank

Adobe disabled the activation servers for older versions a while ago. They can no longer be used.
However, if your version of Acrobat X is an upgrade license you don't need to actually have the old version installed on your computer. You just need to enter its S/N when installing it, and it should be enough.
