Can't remove pop up that's locking me out

Hello All,

I was attempting to copy a text box that I added to a pdf file. This worked but put it at the top of the screen. When I moved the text box to where I wanted it, something popped up and now I can't do anything. I can move it around but nothing else. I've tried double clicking, right clicking, undo, delete, and other basic functions but nothing is working. I've done a lot of work to the document adding things and I didn't save so I would love to find a solution that doesn't make me close out of Adobe. Thank you in advance for your help.
