Can't replace initials in Acrobat Pro for iPad

The old initials show up on my iPad app even after deleting them on my desktop app.

What happens when you try to delete the initails on the iPad app? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity.

Also, check for any pending/missing updates from the App Store and try updating the app and reboot the device once and see if that works.

Hi, thanks for your response. I am unable to delete the existing initials. When I press and hold the pen icon I get the option to place signature or place initials.

(The app is up to date.)
