Can't request esignature

When I try to request an esignature I keep getting an error. The error is: You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to get access.

I do see the option too if i go to https://documentcloud.adobe.com . It also does say that I have the tools for edditing pfd's and to get e-signatures. But if i try to do it through the site it just keeps loading for hours. 

Is there anyway to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out. 

The error message shared above,  " You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access, or try to sign in with an Adobe ID." It is caused because the Document Cloud Services have been disabled on the machine.

The solution is to enable the Document Cloud Services on the machine by changing the value of the following registry key:  https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-You-do-not-have-access-to-this-service-please-contact-your-.... 

Try this and let us know if it doesn't help.
