Hi,
I have a regular Creative Cloud subscription that I already use on two devices.
Now I'm working on a third device and while working with Acrobat Reader I signed in using my Adobe ID, knowing that I can't use Acrobat Pro (because it is limited to two devices), but after signing in it offered me to update Acrobat with premium features. It didn't say anything on number of devices and so on, and it didn't say it updates it to Pro.
But now after the update I see it just installed Acrobat Pro instead of Reader, and it won't let me use it unless I sign out of another device, and won't let me revert to Acrobat Reader so I can use it to read documents.
So now I'm forced to manually uninstall Acrobat Pro, and Install Acrobat Reader all over again.
This is not the user experience I was hoping for, and I hope you'll at least add a revert button to the update process.
Thanks,
David.
