can't save after OCR scan

For some reason, I can no longer save a PDF after I have performed an OCR scan on a portion of the file. Acrobat tells me that the file may be "read-only" or in use by another program (it isn't). All this since a recent update (4/11/19). How do I fix this?

Hi Davidl,

Sorry to hear about the trouble and thanks for reporting the issue to us.

As mentioned that it has started giving this message " cant save the PDF as file may have read-only..." do you get this message on only the scanned documents? Other PDFs are working fine?

Please confirm the OS you are working on. Also, the step-by-step workflow that you have followed before getting the error message, as that would help us understating the issue better.

Thanks,

Akanchha
