When I try to create forms or in designing forms or when i try to add a signature field for example, i click file, save as, and then the window pops up but it's just white.  and then it freezes and i have to force quit.

Anyone know what's wrong?

Go into Acrobat's preferences and select the "General" caategory. De-select the two "Show online storage..." settings. Does that make a difference?

Hi @Carol25931406g3ys

Hope you are doing well.

Here's a help article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/blank-save-as-dialog-mac.html where similar issue has been address.

Try making changes the Acrobat's preferences setting following the steps and screenshots suggested above and let us know if that help.

Thanks,

Akanchha
