can't save pdf files

I have an issue saving pdf files. It was fine until yesterday, I was able to save files easily, but now as I try to save a file an empy box appreas and it tries to save the file but it keeps on trying but does not save the file.

Are you able to access the Document cloud/My Computer tab under Home view or do you observe a rotating spinner on those screens as well?

Please try to update the application to the new version 20.009.20065 and see if that works. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
