Can't save PDFs

Please help me!  Whenever I open to edit or any reason and then try to save a document in Adobe DC as the same name in the same place or with a different name in a different place I get an error message.  If it is the same name same place I get the ones in the first screen shot below.  If I say yes replace the file I get the box that is in the second screen shot below.  If I try to save it with a different name and place I get the next screen shot error.      One of the biggest reasons my company purchased this was to edit pdf files.  Why is this happening????  if I try to save it by clicking save, save as, or ctrl-s it does the same thing and I cannot save the document.
