Can't scroll accessibility tags or reading order

I had an update this morning, and now I can't scroll the accessibility tags or the reading order. everything else scrolls fine, both in this app and the rest of my installed apps.

I have tried turning off enhanced security and protected mode at  startup, it did nothing. Repairing the instalation did nothing as well. It is a crucial function for my work, so scrolling with the keyboard or scroll bar is not a good fix for me. Restarting the app and the computer did nothing. I had not touched the mouse settings as it clearly works elsewhere. Resetting preferences did not work at all, as the app refused to start while I was holding down shift.

Before I uninstall and reinstall the whole thing (which I doubt will help), I'd love to hear any possible advice.

my version is 2024.002.20857.

When can we expect a fix to these issues? I have several multipage documents i need to check the read order for accessibility and with out the ability to scroll and see the content of the later pages, it makes my work nearly impossible.

Hi Ayush, any news about a fix for this? There are several users with this issue, making our work extremely difficult. It has been almost if not more than 2 weeks since this was reported. We would appreciate an update. Thanks!

Same issue!

And some other issues with tab function with the latest update.

Does anyone have resources where we can revert back to a previous adobe reader and pro? I can install an older version of reader, but it will automatically update 😞

Any resources where a running list of known problems is kept? or where we can submit new problems? Any resources on when we can expect a new update?

oh no, been noticing it too, found this thread hoping there was a fix, and see it from this week 😒

Windows 11, Acrobat 64-bit, same issue of not being able to scroll the panels with a mousewheel.

Hello to everyone following this. I eventually cracked and did a full uninstall + reinstall. It solved the problem, but this is is not a great solution. The installation takes a very long time, so much so that I had to do it out of work hours and lost a whole day to fighting the program. If anyone finds another solution please let me know, my whole derpartment needs it, and we're the only ones that do accessibility in my country.

Forget I said anything. the very next windows update made acrobat unscrollable again. to add insult to injury, acrobat is ignoring my accessibility preferences, forcing me to change every documents settings seperately. every time I open a new document, it is on two page view and scrolling is enabled, which is really annoying to take care of. It seems like the only point in the latest acrobat update is to make accessibility edits impossible. I have yet to recieve an answer from anyone within adobe to fix this.

This same issue started this morning for me too, after seeing a pop up that Acrobat had auto updated.  Only in the Tags, Content, RO panels on the left.  very frustrating!

I have the same issue. It started a few days ago. Everything scrolls fine except the Tags and Content panes on the left pane.
