Can't seem to disable mouse hover over a button

Can't seem to disable mouse hover over a button

i can create a submit buttion, but i can not "dissable" the mouce hover feature,
i have acrobat pro DC, 

im in prepare form mode, i have the submit buttion set uo to a mailto: command, 
Select trigger: mouse enter
Select action: submit a form

no matter what i set the select trigger to, 
when i preview, close, or save and open the document, when you hover over the submit buttion, it will propt that not all of the required feilds have been filled, etc,  kind of a nusance.

i need this to be a clickable thing , as its next to the sign box, very frustrating, please help

Use mouse up, not mouse enter as trigger.

ive attempted that before, 

i just set it to mouse up, hit enter, closed form mode and saved and re-opend, 
it still pops up on mouse hover 😕 

with no data or partal data filled, 
idk i know alot of people "finger" read with a mouse, i would find this very frustrating if i was filling out a form.

is there any way to purge cashe, or reset settigns to default for a buttion? 
i guess i could try to make a second buttion.  😞

Delete the action at mouse enter or delete the button and create a new button.

ive tried creating a new buttion, and i get the same senario

idk how to delete the trigger action ? 
i get:
mouse up
mouse down 
mouse enter
Mouse exit
on focous
on blur

Under Actions select the action and click the Delete button.

so i found out, if you ad new action, and then change the trigger, it does not apply,    i get what you mean now on deleting the trigger action, 

so in detail 
you need to select your trigger actiion first, before adding the action below,  
*(i found you can do multipul actions, to one buttion, lol )

changing the trigger after the fact does not change the action made withthe previous trigger selected,
