Can't send out for signature won't let me add email

Either an error occured connecting to the system or i type one or two letters of an email address and it kicks me back to editing. Using 2015. 

Pretty frustrated, I paid for this service and can't use it;

@don_2756 Did you say 2015? Technically you could continue to use Acrobat 2015—but, support for Adobe Acrobat Classic 2015 ended on July 7, 2020, the software may not be fully compatible with newer operating systems or other software. 

What does that really mean for you? When Adobe ends support for a product, it typically encompasses all aspects of that version, including updates, bug fixes, security patches, and the infrastructure that supports its online functionalities. Therefore, if Acrobat 2015 features relied on connecting to Adobe servers for functionality (like sending for signatures or advanced sharing), it's highly that these server-side components are no longer maintained and are likely to be retired over time.

Maybe it's time to update Acrobat, with modern Adobe Acrobat subscriptions, you can install the software on many computers, but you can only be actively signed in on a limited number (around two) at any given time.
