When adding a comment, for some reason you are limited to text sizes in the dropdown menus of "Add text comment" and "Add text box" tools. Max font size is 24 and 72 respectively. Moreover, you can't set intermediate value, like 60 or 11. You should be able to enter any font size you want (within reasonable limits of course), like you can in Word.

I have no idea, why that is so, but I have never felt that the comment section is a word processor replacement.
