Dear all

I'm having trouble shuffeling pages when previewing a PDF in Finder on a mac. And if I select multiple images to preview. I've always been able to do this, but suddently it stopped working, and I can't seem to find a solution.

Really hope you can help! Its a very important feature in my workflow!

All the best

Hi Lulune,

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned above, the issue occurs with the Finder on a mac. It doesn't seem to be an Adobe issue.

I would suggest you get in touch with the Apple support team to get this checked.

Please check if you can view PDF on the Adobe application without any issues.

Let us know if we can be of any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi,

The screenshot you included does not show your screen, it looks like an icon instead.

Can you also confirm the exact version of your operating system and the software you are using.

Have you checked the File > Properties > Security of your document? the pages might be locked.

Have you tried to open the file in Acrobat DC? just to make sure the file can do it.
