Where can't you register? Your message is not understandable to anyone reading that.
You have PRO: Do you mean Acrobat DC Pro?
We need to have at least a link to a registration so that we can see what you are seeing.

I think the question from ojthor is perfectly reasonable and understandable. I have the same issue, paying over $300 to Adobe and can't complete a registration for a webinar because I don't have a website. I've tried to get an explanation with absolutely zero success.

Hello fellow dissatisifed user! It is particularly insulting when the ony answers I got before your posting were that my complaint was incomprehensible. So you made my day. If there is strength in numbers, with 2 of us dissatisifed wth this, something may happen.

So what happens now that I sent a query to this scam email address? If Adobe would answer my question I wouldn;t have had to use this email addres that is probabaly a scam. What do I have to watch out for?

I ran into the same thing TRYING to sign up for the AI asst webinar today. i went through 5 chat agents to no avail. they were not comprehending the issue, even though i sent the link to the registration form. so frustrating to waste all that time. Why should i be required to enter a website for my business in order to attend a webinar in the first place ?? I am a small businss and don't have a website b/c its an expense I dont engage in as I dont need a website. I too pay $240/year for Acrobat Pro subscription, so it seems silly. But what is sillier is that none of the chat agents could not even get what i was requesting. I think I was very clear.

When several people tell you that your question is incomprehensible, you should rephrase it instead of feeling insulted.
This forum is frequented by Acrobat users who are ready to help you, but none of them are soothsayers.

In the links you provide above, I don't see any fields where you are asked to enter a website address.

Let me try again. I get emails with invitations to join Adobe seminars. When filling out the registration I come to a request for my website address. I don't have a website. So I can't sign up. Honest! Happens every time. I presume now that I need to have an adobe business account. What is puzzling is why we can't get a reasonable explanation from Adobe

Thank you for your sensible and comprehensive question.
If it really blocks because of a mandatory field asking you for the address of a website you don't have, try :
www.idonthaveawebsite.com

Greetings, I have just read all the replies you have provided and i have concluded you are a condescending know-it-all. There are polite ways to express bad things. You should try it. You are not only not being helpful V you add insult to injury by being a B@&$h line we are lying about the situation. Basically i feel like you are calling us a liar , which i find offensive. Go read your replies i. This c question and try, try real hard , though it may be difficult for c a person line you , who probably believes she is always right, about your answers to people you don't even know. I sincerely hope you do not represent Adobe in any way as O would make a formal complaint about your attitude.
try to be a better human .
