Hi. This issue mysteriously appeared one month ago. When a pdf is open and I click on the little uploading cloud icon (with an upwards arrow), this message appears: "An error occurred while trying to access the service." The same pdf can be uploaded from the web to the cloud without any problem. In Preferences, General Tab, the two "show online storage" items are ticked. No updates for Acrobat Pro are available. Any suggestion? Thanks.
