For a study I want to survey some Japanese teacher. They have to use a pdf file to check some boxes and explain their ideas. The problem is: If they don't use a pdf reader and want to use web browser, then they can't type in Kanji.
I read, that the font can be a problem and tried to change the font of the form boxes, but this didn't fix the problem.
Any idea what went wrong?
Thank you so much!

If the browser doesn't work, you have to talk to the people who make the browser. No Adobe app is involved, Adobe can't solve the problems in browsers. Each browser will be different, too.
