Has anyone tried embedding a video in InDesign and exporting it as an interactive PDF?
I have done everything as per Adobe's tutorial on this matter, it seems to play fine on InDesign, but I can't view the page with the video embedded on Acrobat DC Pro or Acrobat Reader after exporting.
I've contacted Adobe support and they think the latest Acrobat does not have video playback function (which is a bit odd), they tried to backdate my Acrobat and the agent left before it was completed. After reinstalling, it still didn't work. Just thought I'll ask if anyone else is in the same boat before I reopen my case with Adobe.
Thank you,
Kev

This is not serious.
Did you try to add the video using Acrobat Pro?
