I subscribed to acrobat premium through my apple id account on my iPhone and am able to use the premium features there but when I log in through the same apple account on my laptop, I am being asked to pay subscribe again. I have no idea why this is happening and could really use some help.

I had the same problem.  Very dissapointed and do not feel I got value for the price I paid.  Not too happy with Adobe at the moment.  Got an idea I'm not the only one feeling ripped off, and wasted my time trying to get answers out of the chat bot, which is "still learning".  Adobe needs to start adding more value for their exhorbitant fees. Now I have a useless laptop based account as well.

Hi @monica_2590,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using the Acrobat Reader Premium subscription.

Acrobat Premium is a mobile-only subscription designed for use on mobile devices only.

You can use the basic features on either Acrobat Reader or the Acrobat web portal (https://adobe.ly/3K8WJhX).

For using the features on the Acrobat desktop application, you would need to have either an Acrobat Pro DC or Standard DC license.

More information about it here: https://adobe.ly/445mNkM

Hope this clarifies your question.

Regards,
Souvik.
